Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may do an exchange for another product we carry within 14 days of your receipt provided we receive the product and all of its accompanied items back in 100% new and undamaged condition. The exchange period for products purchased in the December Holiday Season will be extended to reasonably cover holiday purchases. You may also opt for a refund of the product cost within 2 weeks of your receipt of the product.
Items that we receive for return or exchange that have any damage will be refused. A restocking fee sometimes applies. Shipping fees are not refundable. 

You must have a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number from us before you ship us the sunglasses back.

If you need to return/exchange an item, send an email to sales@outlaweyewear.com with your order number, name, and description of what is dissatisfactory, and we will work to make you satisfied.

We will reply with return instructions and your necessary RMA number.

Custom made products, including prescription eyewear, are not refundable as they are custom made for you. However, if the customer has any trouble seeing with the glasses, or if there is any problem at all, we do have a 14 day no charge remake policy to make it right. Prescription orders, once placed, are non cancellable and non refundable due to the cost of materials and labor used while making your order. Sometimes patience is required as custom fabrication of our edge to edge prescription lenses can take several weeks, which is partially dependent on the complexity of your prescription. 

We strongly recommend you purchase the 2 year accidental scratch remake lens warranty with each prescription product so you are protected.
